సినిమాలలో రేప్ సీన్స్ కనపడగానే ఎక్కడ కోత పెట్టాలా అని సెన్సార్ వారు కత్తెర పెట్టుకుని నిల్చుంటారు. కానీ ఒక వర్గం ప్రేక్షకులు మాత్రం ఇటువంటి సన్నివేసాలు ఎప్పుడు వస్తాయా అనే ఎదురు చూస్తూ ఉంటారు. సినిమా కథ, సందర్బాన్ని బట్టి సినిమాల్లో రేప్ సీన్లు ఉండటం ఏనాటి నుంచో సర్వ సాధారణం అయి పోయింది. అయితే ఆ సీన్లు చేయడం అంత సులువేమీ కాదు అన్న విషయం ఆసన్ని వేసాలలో నటించే నటనటులకే తెలుస్తుంది. ఆ రేప్ సీన్ రియల్ సీన్‌లా పండేందుకు నటీనటులు పడే కష్టం అంతా ఇంతా కాదు అనే విషయం సినిమా షూటింగ్ ప్రత్యక్షంగా చూసే వారికి మాత్రమే తెలుస్తుంది.

The eccentric genius Ram Gopal Varma has been churning out films back to back without a break and each one has its own specialty. Now, after spending a long stint in Telugu, he is heading back to Hindi once again with a new movie. This is titled as XES and the Telugu version is titled as Korika.
This is believed to be a bilingual and an erotic movie. The Telugu version is produced by Tumalapalli Ramasatyanarayana who produced the recent release Ice Cream, while Philip Manoharan is producing the Hindi version. Now, there is a gossip making rounds that the Sex Goddess Sunny Leone is going to be a part of the film.
But official sources have quashed this as a rumor. The reason for this gossip is that, during one of her interviews while promoting her debut film Jism 2, Sunny had reportedly mentioned that she loves to work with RGV. Well, maybe not this time but given her interest, RGV might come up with something for Sunny soon.

Vidya looks forward to Malayalam, Bengali films
Mumbai: Viday Balan often gets interesting scripts from southern filmmakers but has not been able to do them due to lack of planning on the filmmakers' part. The actress, however, is hopeful that in future she will work in the vernacular languages.
The 36-year old, who carved a niche for herself in Hindi filmdom with her performances in "Parineeta", "Paa", "Ishqiya" and "Kahaani", is keen to expand her horizon as an actor.
"I keep getting offers form Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali filmmakers. I have been excited by scripts in Marathi, Bengali and Malayalam, but they don't plan well in advance so the dates didn't match," Vidya Balan told IANS.
"Some scripts I have really liked but because of time I have not been able to do them, but hopefully, sometime in future I will do an interesting film in any one of the languages.
"Tamil and Telugu filmmakers have not yet offered me exciting roles, honestly which is why I am looking forward to do Malayalam and Bengali films. I always look forward to an exciting film," she added.
Currently seen as a detective in "Bobby Jasoos", the actress is happy that women centric films are doing well at the box office.
"It's fantastic if a good film works as you feel good. It's not about every women centric film working; a good film will always work. It's not that easy for women centric films to get good opening, but if it works it's a huge thing.
"I always say that good films will definitely work. 'Queen', 'Kahaani' all of them have set examples."

Salman will bring Adrian Pallicki to India for Dr Cabbie
G.I Joehottie Adrian Pallicki has been convinced to join her Dr Cabbie co-star Vinay Virmani in India for the Indian release of the film.
Indo-Canadian production, to be premiered in September at the Toronto Film Festival, is expected to have a grand Indian release a little later during the year when Salman Khan, who is the film's official presenter, would be free of his own big release Kick.
While the big plans for the Indian release are being kept under wraps, the buzz that's leaked out from sources close to the project suggests Salman is keenly interested in bringing the cast of Dr Cabbie to India for the release.
Says the source, "While Salman has convinced Isabelle Kaif (Katrina's sister) who has pivotal role in Dr Cabbie, to be in India for the film's Indian release, Adrianne was not so keen until her co-star Vinay Virmani convinced her that a trip to India would be just the stress buster she needed."
The modalities of the Indian release are now being worked out.
Says Vinay, "We do want to come with Dr Cabbie to India. The film is produced outside but its heart is completely Indian. It's the story of a qualified Indian doctor who ends up as a taxi driver in Canada."
Vinay who was last seen as one of the leads in Bejoy Nambiar's Davidhopes to consolidate his career in Bollywood and abroad with Dr Cabbie.

Deepika Padukone Voted Sexiest Woman in the World
MUMBAI: Actress Deepika Padukone has been voted the sexiest woman in the world in a poll conducted by the FHM magazine.
She will feature in the new edition of the magazine and the actress Wednesday unveiled the edition featuring her and the other girls in the top 100 list of sexiest women.
However, Deepika believes that her physical appearance has got nothing to do with this poll and it is only her work that led her to this.
"I think something like this is really the result of the work that I do. I don't think it has got anything to do with me physically. I also think that the brand endorsements are also the result of the films that you do," the statusque actress said here.
"I have been very fortunate that the roles I have done in the last 2-3 years have been very different from each other. So I guess this and the endorsements are a result of that and, of course, the success of that and the relatability of the characters," she added.
Deepika was last seen in the Tamil film "Kochadaiiyaan."
Her look in her upcoming film "Finding Fanny" is also out. The film has been directed by Homi Adajania and also stars Arjun Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah and Dimple Kapadia.

G.I Joehottie Adrian Pallicki has been convinced to join her Dr Cabbie co-star Vinay Virmani in India for the Indian release of the film.
Indo-Canadian production, to be premiered in September at the Toronto Film Festival, is expected to have a grand Indian release a little later during the year when Salman Khan, who is the film's official presenter, would be free of his own big release Kick.
While the big plans for the Indian release are being kept under wraps, the buzz that's leaked out from sources close to the project suggests Salman is keenly interested in bringing the cast of Dr Cabbie to India for the release.
Says the source, "While Salman has convinced Isabelle Kaif (Katrina's sister) who has pivotal role in Dr Cabbie, to be in India for the film's Indian release, Adrianne was not so keen until her co-star Vinay Virmani convinced her that a trip to India would be just the stress buster she needed."
The modalities of the Indian release are now being worked out.
Says Vinay, "We do want to come with Dr Cabbie to India. The film is produced outside but its heart is completely Indian. It's the story of a qualified Indian doctor who ends up as a taxi driver in Canada."
Vinay who was last seen as one of the leads in Bejoy Nambiar's Davidhopes to consolidate his career in Bollywood and abroad with Dr Cabbie.

‘బృందావనం’ తర్వాత ఒప్పుకున్న సినిమా ఇది. నిర్మాణానికి, విడుదలకుమూడేళ్లు పట్టింది. ఫలితం ఎలా ఉన్నాముందు విడుదలైంది... అదీ ఆనందం. ఈ సినిమా విషయంలోనిర్మాతలు అనుభవించిన కష్టాన్ని కళ్లారా చూశాను. చాలా బాధ అనిపించింది. చైతూ కూడా చాలా కష్టపడిఇందులోని సూర్య పాత్ర చేశారు. నా పాత్ర అయితే... పక్కింటిఅమ్మాయిలా ఉంటుంది. చూసిన ప్రతి ఒక్కరూచాలా బాగుందని అభినందిస్తున్నారు.
ఇందులో మీకు నచ్చిన డైలాగ్?
ఇప్పటివరకూ నేను చెప్పిన ఏడైలాగూ నాకు గుర్తుండదు. కానీ... ఇందులో ఓ డైలాగ్ మాత్రం లైఫ్‌లో మరిచిపోలేను. ‘పెళ్లి ఎవర్ని చేసుకున్నా... పిల్లల పోలికలు మాత్రం అతనివే వస్తాయ్’ అంటాను ఓ సందర్భంలో. నాకుతెగ నచ్చేసిన డైలాగ్ ఇది(నవ్వుతూ).
‘ఏమాయ చేశావె’ నాటికీ నేటికీ నాగచైతన్యలో ఏమైనా తేడా గమనించారా?
చాలా. ముఖ్యంగా అతని డైలాగ్ డిక్షన్‌లో చాలా తేడావచ్చింది. సినిమా సినిమాకు ఇంప్రూవ్ అవుతున్నాడు. తెలుగులో నా కెరీర్‌లోచైతూతోనే మొదలైంది. ఇది తనతో నేనుచేసిన మూడో సినిమా. ముఖ్యంగాస్క్రీన్‌పై మా ఇద్దరికెమిస్ట్రీ బాగా వర్కవుట్ అయ్యింది.
ఈ మధ్య అభినయానికి పెద్ద పీట వేస్తున్నట్లున్నారు?
అవును... ఎప్పుడూ గ్లామర్ పాత్రలే అయితే ఎలా. ఎక్కువకాలంప్రేక్షకుల హృదయాల్లో నిలవాలంటే.. నటనకు ఆస్కారమున్న పాత్రలుచేయాలి. నా కెరీర్‌లోనటన పరంగా బెస్ట్ కేరక్టర్అంటే ‘మనం’లోని పాత్రనేచెప్పుకోవాలి. ఆ పాత్ర మంచిగుర్తింపునిచ్చింది.
టాప్‌స్టార్‌గా వెలుగొందుతున్న మీరు.. ‘అల్లుడు శీను’లో ఓ కొత్త హీరోతో నటించారు. దానికి ప్రత్యేక కారణం ఏమైనా ఉందా? ఆ సినిమాకు రెండు కోట్ల రూపాయలు తీసుకున్నారట కదా?
రెండు కోట్లు ఇస్తే బాగానే ఉంటుందండీ(నవ్వుతూ). కానీ ఇవ్వలేదు. మిగిలినసినిమాలకు ఎంత ఇచ్చారో ‘అల్లుడుశీను’కీ అంతే ఇచ్చారు. నేను హీరోలను బట్టి సినిమాలను అంగీకరించను. దర్శకుడు, కథ, పాత్ర... ఈమూడింటిని బట్టే సినిమాను ‘ఓకే’ చేస్తాను. ‘అల్లుడు శీను’ని వి.వి.వినాయక్ అద్భుతంగామలిచారు. అందరితో కూల్‌గా వర్క్చేయించుకున్నారు. తొలి సినిమాలా పనిచేశారు. కచ్చితంగా ఆ సినిమా పెద్దహిట్.
మరి ‘రభస’ ఎలా ఉండబోతోంది?
ఆ సినిమా ఫుల్‌మీల్స్. తారక్‌తో నేను చేస్తున్నమూడో సినిమా ఇది. అభిమానులు పండగచేసుకునేలా ఈ సినిమా ఉంటుంది.
ప్రస్తుతం ఏ ఏ సినిమాలు చేస్తున్నారు?
ఈ ఏడాది ఏడు సినిమాల్లోనటిస్తున్నాను. తమిళంలో విజయ్, విక్రమ్, సూర్య చిత్రాల్లో నటిస్తున్నా. తెలుగు, తమిళ భాషల్లో ఇంతమంది స్టార్‌హీరోలతో కలిసి నటించడం ఆనందంగాఉంది. ఈ సినిమాల వల్లఈ ఏడాది చాలా ఈవెంట్‌లకు అటెండ్ అవ్వాల్సిఉంటుంది. అందుకే ఫ్యాషన్‌పై దృష్టి పెట్టాను.
‘క్వీన్’ రీమేక్‌లో నటిస్తున్నారని వార్తలు వినిపిస్తున్నాయి. నిజమేనా?
లేదు. నేను చేయట్లేదు. ‘క్వీన్’ బాలీవుడ్‌లో ప్రూవ్ చేసుకున్నసినిమా. గొప్ప సినిమా. దాన్నిదక్షిణాదిన రీమేక్ చేయాలంటే.. ఇక్కడకు తగ్గట్టు కొన్ని మార్పులు అవసరం. సదరు దర్శక, నిర్మాతలుచేసిన మార్పులు నాకు నచ్చలేదు. అందుకేవద్దనుకున్నా.
మహేశ్‌బాబు ‘1’ సినిమా పోస్టర్ విషయంలో సీరియస్‌గా ట్విట్టర్లో స్పందించారు. మరి ఇప్పుడు మీ ‘ఆంజాన్’ చిత్రం స్టిల్ కూడా దుమారం లేపుతోంది. దానికి మీ సమాధానం?

‘ఆటోనగర్ సూర్య’ అనుభవం ఎలా ఉంది?
‘బృందావనం’ తర్వాత ఒప్పుకున్న సినిమా ఇది. నిర్మాణానికి, విడుదలకుమూడేళ్లు పట్టింది. ఫలితం ఎలా ఉన్నాముందు విడుదలైంది... అదీ ఆనందం. ఈ సినిమా విషయంలోనిర్మాతలు అనుభవించిన కష్టాన్ని కళ్లారా చూశాను. చాలా బాధ అనిపించింది. చైతూ కూడా చాలా కష్టపడిఇందులోని సూర్య పాత్ర చేశారు. నా పాత్ర అయితే... పక్కింటిఅమ్మాయిలా ఉంటుంది. చూసిన ప్రతి ఒక్కరూచాలా బాగుందని అభినందిస్తున్నారు.
ఇందులో మీకు నచ్చిన డైలాగ్?
ఇప్పటివరకూ నేను చెప్పిన ఏడైలాగూ నాకు గుర్తుండదు. కానీ... ఇందులో ఓ డైలాగ్ మాత్రం లైఫ్‌లో మరిచిపోలేను. ‘పెళ్లి ఎవర్ని చేసుకున్నా... పిల్లల పోలికలు మాత్రం అతనివే వస్తాయ్’ అంటాను ఓ సందర్భంలో. నాకుతెగ నచ్చేసిన డైలాగ్ ఇది(నవ్వుతూ).
‘ఏమాయ చేశావె’ నాటికీ నేటికీ నాగచైతన్యలో ఏమైనా తేడా గమనించారా?
చాలా. ముఖ్యంగా అతని డైలాగ్ డిక్షన్‌లో చాలా తేడావచ్చింది. సినిమా సినిమాకు ఇంప్రూవ్ అవుతున్నాడు. తెలుగులో నా కెరీర్‌లోచైతూతోనే మొదలైంది. ఇది తనతో నేనుచేసిన మూడో సినిమా. ముఖ్యంగాస్క్రీన్‌పై మా ఇద్దరికెమిస్ట్రీ బాగా వర్కవుట్ అయ్యింది.
ఈ మధ్య అభినయానికి పెద్ద పీట వేస్తున్నట్లున్నారు?
అవును... ఎప్పుడూ గ్లామర్ పాత్రలే అయితే ఎలా. ఎక్కువకాలంప్రేక్షకుల హృదయాల్లో నిలవాలంటే.. నటనకు ఆస్కారమున్న పాత్రలుచేయాలి. నా కెరీర్‌లోనటన పరంగా బెస్ట్ కేరక్టర్అంటే ‘మనం’లోని పాత్రనేచెప్పుకోవాలి. ఆ పాత్ర మంచిగుర్తింపునిచ్చింది.
టాప్‌స్టార్‌గా వెలుగొందుతున్న మీరు.. ‘అల్లుడు శీను’లో ఓ కొత్త హీరోతో నటించారు. దానికి ప్రత్యేక కారణం ఏమైనా ఉందా? ఆ సినిమాకు రెండు కోట్ల రూపాయలు తీసుకున్నారట కదా?
రెండు కోట్లు ఇస్తే బాగానే ఉంటుందండీ(నవ్వుతూ). కానీ ఇవ్వలేదు. మిగిలినసినిమాలకు ఎంత ఇచ్చారో ‘అల్లుడుశీను’కీ అంతే ఇచ్చారు. నేను హీరోలను బట్టి సినిమాలను అంగీకరించను. దర్శకుడు, కథ, పాత్ర... ఈమూడింటిని బట్టే సినిమాను ‘ఓకే’ చేస్తాను. ‘అల్లుడు శీను’ని వి.వి.వినాయక్ అద్భుతంగామలిచారు. అందరితో కూల్‌గా వర్క్చేయించుకున్నారు. తొలి సినిమాలా పనిచేశారు. కచ్చితంగా ఆ సినిమా పెద్దహిట్.
మరి ‘రభస’ ఎలా ఉండబోతోంది?
ఆ సినిమా ఫుల్‌మీల్స్. తారక్‌తో నేను చేస్తున్నమూడో సినిమా ఇది. అభిమానులు పండగచేసుకునేలా ఈ సినిమా ఉంటుంది.

Mumbai: Young actress Alia Bhatt, whose singing talent was first showcased through "Highway", has now used her vocal skills for a new song, "Samjhawan Unplugged". She will sing it live here Wednesday.

"Samjhawan Unplugged" is a melodious rendition of Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal's "Samjhawan" from Alia and Varun Dhawan's forthcoming movie "Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania".
Filmmaker Karan Johar, who has produced "Humpty Sharma...", pushed Alia to take her singing a step further with "Samjhawan Unplugged". Now her song is ready to be released Wednesday on select online portals followed by an exclusive video Friday.
She will also stage a special live performance Wednesday in front of a select audience and media. The event will be presented by Varun, to whom Alia has dedicated this song.

"Samjhawan Unplugged" is a melodious rendition of Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal's "Samjhawan" from Alia and Varun Dhawan's forthcoming movie "Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania".
Filmmaker Karan Johar, who has produced "Humpty Sharma...", pushed Alia to take her singing a step further with "Samjhawan Unplugged". Now her song is ready to be released Wednesday on select online portals followed by an exclusive video Friday.
She will also stage a special live performance Wednesday in front of a select audience and media. The event will be presented by Varun, to whom Alia has dedicated this song.
"Humpty Sharma...", directed by Shashank Khaitan, is releasing July 11.

Actress Avika Gor of Uyyala Jampala and Chinnari Pellikuthuru fame has been injured during the shooting of Hindi TV serial Sasural Simar Ka for a noted TV channel. She got minor fracture to her leg however the doctors had advised the actress to take few days rest and there is nothing serious. I don't miss working with Khans: Vidya Balan
Mumbai: National-award winning actress Vidya Balan says she has not been offered any film with the Khans in Bollywood yet.
Vidya, who will be seen sharing the screen space with newbie actor Ali Fazal in detective thriller 'Bobby Jasoos', said she is not keen on doing it either as she doesn't see herself fitting into 'masala commercials'.

"I don't miss working with them. There has to be a script that has enough for me to do.. It has to be exciting for me. I have never looked for films where I can work with certain actors.
"I have never planned my career.. I have only responded to scripts that came my way. To be working with (known) actors or new actors, I don't plan my career that way. I have a different approach. And I am very happy with the kind of work I am doing," Vidya told PTI.
"I have not really got offers (for films with Khans).. not in the past seven years. I don't see myself fitting into those kind of films honestly," she added.
Meanwhile, gossip mills are abuzz that the biopic on legendary Carnatic singer M S Subbulakshmi, which Vidya, 36, will be doing, is in some legal trouble.
"I have no information on that. In past one year it has been put on hold. So, I dont know what is the the status," she said.
Now the actress will also be next seen in director Mohit Suri's 'Humari Adhuri Kahaani' with Emraan Hashmi and Rajkumar Rao.

Manyata Dutt Undergoing Treatment
Actor Sanjay Dutt's wife Manyata has been hospitalised at Global Hospital in Mumbai, said her cardiologist Ajay Chaugule.
Chaugule told IANS: "Yes, Manyata was hospitalised yesterday (Tuesday) morning. We are currently investigating (her case) and looking at her medical reports."
In December last year, Chaugule had confirmed that Manyata has a tumour in her liver and that she may have to undergo surgery.
When asked whether Manyata will undergo any surgery, he said: "At the moment I can't say anything. Nothing is confirmed right now."
The doctor said Manyata was accompanied by Sanjay, who has been released on parole on Dec 21 after he applied for a month's parole to take care of his sick wife.
He said: "Ever since she has been hospitalised, Sanjay Dutt is by her side."
Sanjay, 54, was sent to jail to serve the remaining 42 months of his five-year sentence for his involvement in the March 1993 Mumbai serial blasts. Having served 18 months in jail before his trial began, Dutt started his stint in jail May 16.
His parole evoked protests and opposition from various quarters.
